About the Artist:
Martin R. Galbut is a landscape and seascape painter known for his Impressionist and Tonalist works inspired by his travels to Maui, St. Thomas, Beijing, Venice, and the Amalfi Coast. Influenced by mentors including John Burton, Robert Johnson, and Wei Tai, Galbut’s art captures the interplay of light, emotion, and place. His paintings are held in private collections worldwide. In addition to his artistic pursuits, Galbut is a practicing attorney at Galbut Beabeau, P.C. in Phoenix and a multiple award winner in the Arizona State Bar’s Creative Arts Competition (2016, 2019, 2020, 2025). He is a member of the Laguna Plein Air Painters Association and has been featured in Arizona Attorney Magazine
